How Does A Heat Pump Work?

Heat Pump Diagram

A heat pump is an electrical device that sits on the outside of a building that extracts heat from one place and transfers it to another, it works very much like a refrigerator but instead of cold it makes heat that is used to heat the hot water that your home and central heating system will use.

How can a Heat Pump save you money…

Air Source Heat Pumps can save homeowners a substantial amount of money on their heating costs as they are not using inefficient energy sources like gas and oil. The Air Source Pump is a great way to lower the carbon footprint of your home and become more environmentally friendly, it will also help you qualify for the Renewable Heat Incentive from the government which can earn you up to £13,000 tax-free from the government over a 7 year period.
